DAY 1

Welcome to Nairobi! Arrive at any time (we can help recommend flights) and we’ll be at the airport waiting to whisk you back to our exclusive villa. Unpack, relax, settle in and then why not take a dip in the pool? In the evening we’ll meet for the official welcome and you’ll get to know your fellow travelers over a unique and interactive dining experience in one of Niarobi's finest establishments.

DAY 2

Today we’re headed to the Masai Mara.  Our journey takes us via the scenic Great Rift Valley in Kenya.   En route, we'll look out for game as we drive to our overnight lodge in a private conservancy, arriving in time for lunch.

After lunch, we venture into this beautiful Kenyan game park on an afternoon game drive. We explore Masa Mara searching for the abundant wildlife found here, including Africa's Big Five animals - lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino. Returning to the tented camp close to Masai Mara National Reserve we have dinner and relax in nature. Wildlife is often spotted from the camp, which is set on the banks of a river in the conservancy.

DAY 3 - 4

We'll check off an amazing safari experience from our bucket list by spending the next 2 days viewing incredible wildlife and connecting with nature in Kenya's leading park, the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange-tinged sunsets that make for spectacular photos.

Additionally, we'll have the honor of exploring a Masai village.  Here, you can get a taste of the culture while listening to traditional songs, joining in on demonstrations of their dances, meeting with the elders who'll gladly share their wisdom, or if we are lucky we may also be invited to participate in a traditional wedding or other rites of passage e.g. warrior ceremonies.

Add ons - Hot-air balloon trips are an entirely outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains teeming with wildlife.  You might also consider exploring the Masai Mara on horseback or learning more about the black rhino on a unique tracking experience. These adventures can be arranged at an extra cost.

DAY 5

Today will start early for a game drive in Maasai Mara and after breakfast at the lodge, we will return to Nairobi, making our way to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. We'll hop on a short flight to the Mombasa area for three days of R&R.

The second leg of our adventure will begin once we land with a transfer to your amazing luxury resort.  We'll check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 6 - 8

We spend the next three days enjoying the sunshine and the warm Indian Ocean at a beach resort near Mombasa, on the coast of East Africa. Mombasa is the second biggest city in Kenya and boasts the largest port on the East African coastline.

North and South Mombasa offers varied touring attractions and each day will be filled with surprises. Relax on the sandy beaches and take a dip in the sea; breathe easy after our action-packed game viewing in Kenya's finest wildlife areas.  We will snorkel above the coral in an "oceans safari," catch the sunset on a traditional dhow, and soak in the sun.  Oh and did we mention the food?!!?  Your taste buds will be in heaven with the fresh, incredible cuisine of this region.

You can also enjoy optional (extra cost) activities and water sports in and around this area.

Day 9

We continue our journey today by flying back to the capital of Kenya for a final full day of adventure.   It is very likely the main reason for booking this trip was to visit the natural landscapes of the coast and inland, but the bustling city of Nairobi has a lot to offer, too.

We'll visit the photogenic giraffes at the Giraffe Center and finish our afternoon with shopping!  The African Heritage House, Utamaduni Craft Centre, Kazuri Beads Factory, Marula Studios, the City Market, and/or the Maasai Market are a few of the places we will explore.

Dinner tonight we'll be special event, but we'll keep this a suprise!

Day 10

All good things must come to an end, and the time has come to say goodbye. But think of all the incredible things you’ve done. You’ve swam pristine waters, explored the beauty of the wild, connected with locals, ate awesome food, learned about Kenya 's culture/history, and shared all of this with some amazing people along the way.  Your heart is full and you're ready to bring a bit of the vibrancy you've experienced in Kenya back into your everyday life. After one final breakfast, we’ll take you to the airport in Nairobi to begin your journey home.
